Craig Newmark does not want to cash-in

In the cash-in mania lately Craigslist founder Craig Newmark says he won't cash in. Craiglist.com is site# 29 on the web and definitely one of the most visited properties. The site is mainly focused on the classifieds ads but lately they started to see themselves as free social networking site. This statement was provoked by the speculations that MySpace would be valued more than $15B in the next 3 years.

We also think that a site with the maturity of Craiglist.com (since 1997) and still managing to be within the top 100 on the web might not consider going-for-a-cash-deal the perfect strategy to go ahead.
